Behavior Focus Group Home Staff
Locations: Brandon, Seffner, St. Petersburg and Seminole
Pay: $15+ per hour, pay based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, OT available
Responsibilities and Duties
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for all aspects of client care. The DSP ensures that the needs of clients/residents are met and ensures that duties are performed in a timely, complete and quality manner. The DSP is responsible for maintaining a standard of excellence in services provided. DSPs need to comply with all Company’s’ policy and procedures; maintain state and federal guidelines to include but not limited to the rules and regulations governing Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver.
